You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Return must be received in the original, unworn condition, with all packaging, tags, labels attached. Gymsupply reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with company standards and will return the garments at the customers own expense.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your item, you will be notified that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your cards issuer’s policies.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items or items purchased with a discount code may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please use our return center to exchange your items.
To return your product, you can request a return in our Return Center .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gymsupply takes no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
