When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 15:00  (GMT+1), the products are shipped the same day. Products ordered after 15:00 will be shipped the day after. Products are shipped from monday - friday.

How is the product’s sizing?
The measuring icon on every product page is a pop-up containing a table with the exact measurements for each size for every product.

How do I return products?
Visit the return center on the website and follow the steps in order to return or exchange the products in the right way.

When will I know when a product is restocked?
Click on the “notify me” button and get updated by email when the product is restocked.

How long does it take for shipments to be delivered?
PostNL provides every order with a tracking number which you will receive automatically. Normally shipments are delivered within 2-3 working days. 

Single product shipments can take up to 5 working days for delivery.

Until when can I return or exchange my products? 
You can enter your order details into the return center 14 days after the day of receiving your order. If any error exists, you can always contact us on support@gym-supply.com. In that case we will manually handle your return according to our Return Policy.

How do I use my discount code?
In the last stage of the check-out process you will find a space to fill in the discount code, which will reduce the amount from the selling price.
